Tower Bridge Dinner Lead Chef

Chef Rebecca Campbell is the chef and owner of Sac City Brews and Nourish Event Kitchen. Campbell grew up in the Auburn foothills on a 10-acre farm and spent much of her childhood tending to crops and selling fruit and vegetables at local farmers markets. Her early exposure to permaculture practices, seasonal eating, and global travel all drive the menus she creates today in her restaurant and catering ventures. Working with local farmers to create dishes that evoke a sense of nostalgia for home-cooked meals and a combination of richness and balance on each plate is her passion. Her specialty is creating food and beverage pairing menus where each course builds complementary flavor notes or adds complexity by offsetting profiles in the wine or beer on the plate.
