Brock Macdonald is the executive chef of Beast + Bounty, Lowbrau, Milk Money, Holy Spirits and soon Slow & Low. He’s originally from San Luis Obispo but has resided in Sacramento for 20 years. He’s a father of 2 teenage boys and enjoys lifting weights when he’s not running restaurants.
