Angela Harris owns Midtown Bakery with her husband, Thomas Harris. They opened Midtown Bakery in March 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Angela learned how to bake as a child under her mother’s training. Before opening the bakery, she was baking treats for her family, friends, and fellow Capitol Corridor commuters. Angela attained her Global Executive MBA in Madrid, Spain and is a Chief Operating Officer at a local community health clinic. Angela finds joy in the science and beauty of baking and making customers happy.
