Twisted Rivers Wines is located along the Sacramento River in the “Old Rumor Mill” on the “Clarksburg Corner” next to Husick’s Taphouse, just south of the Old Sugar Mill & north of Bogle. All Twisted Rivers’ limited release, handcrafted wines come from estate-grown grapes that are harvested by hand in the cool morning hours during the full & new moons. The grapes are delivered the same day to their winemaking facility in St. Helena/ Napa Valley where they are crushed, aged & bottled for your enjoyment! Open weekends from noon to just before sunset… or whenever they feel like it. Call ahead for parties over 6 or for private tastings & excursions.
Cooperage: Twisted Rivers’ red wines are stored in a blend of new and used French & American Oak for between 18 & 24 Months. Their whites are done entirely in chilled stainless steel for 6 to 8 months with no malolactic fermentation. They select natural cork through a rigorous sensory process to ensure the consistency of pristine quality in every bottle (not can).
Twisted Rivers can be found in many high-end restaurants, grocers and boutique wine shops throughout Northern California. Visit their tasting room and art gallery located at 36530 Riverview Dr. Clarksburg, California 95612.
They also sell cases direct to customers via their online store or through UPS where eligible. Pricing and vintage availability varies.
