Roasted Tomatillo and Corn Chowder
With cornbread croutons
*Paired with Cap City IPA

Course 2

Mt. Lassen Trout
Stuffed with Dungeness crab, onions, spinach, red peppers
and bread crumbs on wilted garlic chard with basil-lemon butter
*Paired with Vienna

Course 3

Flank Steak and Vegetable Skewers
With eggplant, peppers and tomatoes on California brown rice with chimichurri
*Paired with Pilsner

Course 4

Apple Donuts
With caramel crème Anglaise
*Paired with Woodenhead

Tickets for the series include all 4 courses and the specially paired RCBC beers.
Tickets are just $40 and portion of the proceeds will benefit River City Food Bank.
