Partner Event Spotlight – Supper At The Ranch
Starlight, night air and world-class sushi. You’ll find all that and more at an exclusive dinner hosted by Passmore Ranch this week. Anchored by a mouth-watering meal prepared by Chef Billy Ngo from Kru Contemporary Japanese Cuisine, the evening will begin with canapés and cocktails to enjoy while guests tour the ranch. During the meal, you will feel right at home socializing with Chef Ngo and his crew as they prepare and serve a ranch-inspired menu.
Passmore’s ranch supper is all about letting our extremely talented chef friends go wild in the kitchen. Chef Ngo is ecstatic to do just that, featuring the best of what Passmore Ranch has to offer. Chef Ngo will prepare four courses along with sushi bites interspersed between. President of US Bartender’s Guild Sacramento and instructor at San Francisco School of Bartending Christopher Sinclair will be pairing each course with sake and cocktails. All profits from the dinner are being donated to California Food Literacy Center. Complimentary designated drivers will also be available.
Please note: Passmore Ranch is a working ranch. Guests should come dressed comfortably, as you may wish to see and visit the ranch’s resident sturgeon, chicken, ducks, goats and, of course, the donkey. So come as you are, wear what you wish and expect to have a terrific meal with friends (new and old) seated around the ranch kitchen’s table.
