According to Kermit the Frog, “It’s not easy being green.” But the team at Passmore Ranch just proved that the famous Muppet may not have been correct in that assumption.Passmore Ranch_Logo

Mulvaney’s B&L will host a “Kermit Was Wrong” dinner on July 14 – a special family meal with Michael and Vandy Passmore to celebrate Passmore Ranch being awarded Best Choice Certification from the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch, a nationally recognized “green” distinction.

Guest chefs including Michael Thiemann, Scott Ostrander and others will come together to celebrate sustainable Sacramento fish at The Pig on the Corner of  19 and L streets, next to Mulvaney’s.

Cocktails begin at 6 p.m., with the family-style meal starting at 7 p.m., and attendance is $35 per guest.
