Together, Farm Fresh to You and Grange restaurant welcome you to sit down to a seasonal, farm-to-fork dinner with your farmer, Thaddeus Barsotti. This unique outdoor dining experience will feature local wines and beer and a wonderful meal made with some of the season’s best organic ingredients – all for a good cause.
The menu is developed around local, organic and seasonal ingredients, reflecting the modern sensibilities of supporting sustainable farming. Enjoy a special four-course menu designed by Grange restaurant Executive Chef Oliver Ridgeway that features produce fresh from the Farm Fresh to You farm.
During the evening, farmer Barsotti and chef Ridgeway will talk about their inspiration behind making this meal, the farm-fresh ingredients and the passion behind sharing seasonal dinners with folks like you.
Most importantly, proceeds from this dinner benefit two great causes, the Kathleen Barsotti Non-Profit for Sustainable Agriculture and the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services.
