Join Taylor’s Market for a ranch tour and dinner at Emigh Ranch in Dixon.

Along with a tour of Emigh Ranch and discussion of Emigh Grass Fed Lamb we will be presenting a Butchering 101 Class with Danny Johnson of Taylor’s Market. During this class Danny will break down a whole Emigh Ranch Lamb. The day will be completed with an early evening Ranch Style Dinner prepared by the chefs from Taylor’s Kitchen and paired with wine from Revolution Winery.
