Paradise, CA native Nate Smith was one of many who lost their homes during the Camp Fire in November 2019. Through his loss, Nate co-wrote the song, “One of These Days.” Within two weeks, he traveled to Nashville to record. “One of These Days” charted Top 50 on the iTunes country charts. All proceeds from the song are being donated to Cap Fire relief aid.
Nate has been featured on ABC, FOX, CBS, Good Day Sacramento, 103.1 KKCY, 103.5 The Blaze, and NPR. Since the release of “One of These Days,” Nate was invited to perform at California Governor Gavin Newsom’s benefit show at Golden 1 Center with Common, Betty Who, X Ambassadors, and Pitbull. Nate will be opening for Brett Eldredge and Michael Ray in August 2019. His new single “Wildfire” is available on all streaming platforms. The video for “Wildfire has gained over one million views.”
