Guest Post: Pachamama’s Roastery Launch Party
Pachamama Coffee Cooperative celebrates its new Midtown Roastery and Cupping Lab with a special all-day event!
Pachamama is a vertically integrated wholesale and retail coffee company, connecting customers in the United States directly with farmers in Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Ethiopia. A global cooperative formed in Davis in 2001, Pachamama is 100% owned and governed by coffee farmers.
With the addition of the Midtown Roastery and Cupping Lab in California, Pachamama farmers can now roast and better control the quality of their best single-origin coffees.
Please join Pachamama in celebration as they dedicate their new roaster to founding President, Sr. Raúl del Aguila of Peru.
