Countdown to the CA Craft Beer Summit – Sept. 11-12
By the California Craft Brewers Association
Ever wonder what a Hops farmer looks like?? Well now you have a chance to meet the farmers that grow some of California’s best hops up close and personal at the California Craft Beer Summit and Showcase in Sacramento on September 11 & 12. The Summit is a first of its kind event, bringing together farmers, brewers, chefs, trade professionals, and beer enthusiasts in one place for hands on learning, tasting and experiencing all that goes into making the best craft beers in the world.
Hops farmers like JE Paino of Ruthstaller and Landon Friend of the California Hops Growers Association will be on hand to share the story of hops – from planting, to harvesting and ultimately, bringing their product to market. These farmers are a part of the vision that led the California Craft Brewers Association to host an experiential conference that would provide a forum for beer lovers to experience the world of California Craft beer. Whether you’re a brewer, a restaurant owner or a beer club guru, there is something for everyone.
The Association chose “America’s Farm to Fork” Capital to host the Summit because of its commitment to the farmers, brewers and industry supporters who have stood with them as they helped shape the way our state deals with the brewing industry. An industry that has struck gold with award winning beers that have brought significant recognition to California.
Come help us celebrate California craft beer – meet the farmers, network with brewers, connect with trade, taste new and unique releases and spend a weekend devoted to the love of California Craft Beer!! Tickets available at http://www.californiacraftbeer.com
