Pickling is a great way to preserve the bounty of the season and have a tangy, crunchy condiment on hand. There are multiple ways to pickle vegetables with ease. In this class we’ll use seasonal produce and fruit to explore lacto-fermented pickles, quick-brined refrigerated pickles, as well as the traditional hot-brine, shelf-stable pickle.
