Tyler is a Northern California native who has spent the last 23 years cooking alongside Chefs Heidi Krahling, Randall Selland, Kelly McKown, Pajo Bruiche and Billy Ngo.

He is founder of two Farm-to-Fork underground dining circuits, “We the Freaks” & “Dirty Feet Dining.” These brands thrive on the communal passion of our food industry and all that encompasses.

Now partnered with Mai Pham at Lemon Grass restaurant in Sacramento, Tyler continues his passion for the blending of cuisines, seasonality, team building, foraging, and the process of wild bounty harvest.
