Visit Sacramento Tower Bridge Dinner Dessert Chef

Chef Stephen was named Pastry Chef of the Year for the United States in 2018 when he won the US Pastry Competition held in New York. He participated in a Valentines James Beard Dinner in 2017. In 2016 he was named Pastry Chef of the Year for Las Vegas Food and Wine. He started his career as a baker in the United States Marine Corps Serving proudly in Saudi Arabia in Desert Shield and Storm. His specialty is Chocolate and Sugar showpieces and amenities and is passionate about training the team in advanced pastry techniques. What gives him the most pleasure is training the team and advancing their skills to provide high end desserts for our property guests. Stephen loves working at Cache Creek Casino Resort and came here to work with our highly talented Executive Chef Charles Wilson and our Food and Beverage Director Joe Maloney. One of the most exciting things for him is when the team is able to make something that they did not know how to make before and to see them continually advance in skills.
