Chef Scott Carr’s culinary passion was ignited in his early adolescence, cooking alongside his mother in their Half Moon Bay home. This early love for the kitchen led him to pursue formal training at The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, where he refined his craft and embarked on a culinary career in some of California’s finest Restaurants.
After gaining extensive experience in San Francisco, Scott relocated to Sacramento, where he transitioned into the hotel industry. He held positions as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef, further broadening his expertise. Now, as the Executive Chef at Willow Restaurant and Bar at The Exchange Sacramento, Curio Collection by Hilton, Chef Scott brings his deep-rooted passion for Farm-to-Fork cuisine to life.
