Sarah Saldana is one of the lead chefs for the 2021 Tower Bridge Dinner. She comes to the event with years of experience working at Sacramento-area eateries, and she currently heads the food program for Track 7 Brewing Company.
She began her career in Sacramento restaurants at Midtown’s swanky Red Rabbit Kitchen and Bar in 2013 as a prep cook, followed by a position as lead line cook at Oak Park Brewing Co. from 2014-2016. From there, she was a lead line cook at Localis, and then at Hook & Ladder Manufacturing Co.
Saldana then advanced to chef de cuisine at The Golden Bear in 2018, and served as a sous chef for South thereafter, followed by a stint at Honey and the Trap Cat as a lead line cook before coming to Track 7.Visit Track 7 Brewing share
