Chef Visker has been Chef de Cusine at Nixtaco for the past 3 years, a popular Michelin listed restaurant in Roseville, CA. Chef Visker has been part of the Nixtaco Team since its early years back in 2016. At the time he was hired as dishwasher but quickly rose through the ranks. He is a fundamental cog of the Nixtaco machinery while assisting Executive Chef Patricio Wise in the day-to-day, running a butter smooth operation. Chef Visker has represented Nixtaco at renowned food festivals, like Los Angeles Food and Wine, Cochon 555 Heritage Fire, Sacramento Bacon Fest, and several Sacramento Farm to Fork Festivals, just to mention a few.
