Mattson Zust – Sous Chef at The Porch Restaurant – came to Sacramento six years ago via Minneapolis by way of sub-arctic Sweden. He went from working at a small town diner to the busiest Coop grocery store to the Porch.  He tries to grow 80% of his family’s plant-based food at home in his gardens, and he really does like Sacramento; this is Farm-to-Fork city is a place where he can grow ANYTHING his arctic taste buds desire.
