I have over 16 years of culinary experience. Throughout my career, I have mastered a variety of cuisines having worked in a number of restaurants throughout the Sacramento region.

I have had the privilege of bringing joy to countless dining experiences through the art of cooking. There is nothing like witnessing the satisfaction on a guest’s face as they savor a delicious meal.

My love for food and culinary style is influenced by family traditions and my Mexican heritage. My most cherished memories are so closely tied to family and meals cooked by my mom and grandmother who spend countless hours in the kitchen making food from scratch. They are my moral compass in life and guide my approach each time I step into the kitchen.

I grew up in the small farming community of Arbuckle, California with my five siblings to immigrant parents from Mexico. When I am not in the kitchen I enjoy playing basketball, watching the 49ers play, and going on walks with my dog Leia.
