Julian’s Patisserie
Julian Perrigo-Jimenez is the Chef and Owner of Julian’s Patisserie in Folsom, California. Recently, Julian and his fiancé, Bailey Hall, expanded their culinary reach by opening Julian’s Pastry Nouveau in Roseville. A Sacramento native, Julian began his formal culinary education at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
His career encompasses diverse experiences, from working as a Pastry Chef for Norwegian Cruise Lines in Hawaii to refining his skills at renowned Las Vegas resorts like Bellagio, Cosmopolitan Resort, Caesars Palace, and Red Rock Resort, where he served as Executive Pastry Chef.
Julian has competed in multiple International Showpiece Competitions and has appeared on Food Network’s Guilty Pleasures, Cake Wars Christmas, Halloween Wars, and Spring Baking Championship. His work has also been featured in Dessert Professional Magazine and other media outlets.
