Chef Dennis has over 26 years of restaurant, hotel, and sporting venue experience, Chef Sydnor is the owner of Renegade Dining, which operates Cafe Federico. Past experience for Chef Sydnor include; Grange at the Citizen Hotel, Sacramento Kings, The Ritz Carlton Downtown Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Syd’s Soul Food, The Ritz Carlton Downtown Cleveland extensive, Front and Back of the House experience. Chef Dennis graduated with High Honors, from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Sacramento, in the Spring of 2010.
