Valued for its natural robust flavor, lean, firm texture, deep color and higher oil content, California Wild Salmon is caught in the chilling waters of the Pacific Ocean, with key ports ranging from Ft Bragg to Monterey. It’s peak season for California Wild Salmon, making it a perfect seasonal seafood special.

People’s Choice Award
The People’s Choice Award will highlight participating restaurants and their California King Salmon specials and give consumers a chance to vote for their favorite dish! To encourage voting early and often, each vote cast will be entered into a random drawing for restaurant gift certificates and other great prizes.

The winning chef of the participating restaurant will receive $250 and a whole fresh California King Salmon!
